A 3-gigawatt combined cycle gas-fired power plant executed as a 50/50 EPC joint venture with Técnicas Reunidas for the Saudi Power Procurement Company. The facility is carbon capture-ready and includes a 380 kV electrical substation. This project extends Orascom's track record of more than 30 GW of power generation projects completed or under construction across the Middle East and Africa.
